Natoya Handy (born 1984 better known as Jha'Jha), is an American female rapper formerly part of the group The Diplomats. She coined herself the nickname America's #1 Git It Girl.
Natoya went to Florida A&M University for business scoring a 3.8GPA. She dropped out of university to fly to New York to look for a future in her music
career. In 2003, she joined the label Diplomat Records and gained the stage name Jha'Jha. She made her debut with the song "What You Been Drankin' On" video by Jim Jones. Since then, she's featured in some mixtapes in the Diplomats label as well as We Fly High and "Get From Round Me" with Juelz Santana and Cam'ron.
Jha'Jha created her own record label Git It Girl Entertainment. When she first thought of the name, it was about women empowerment, but it became something bigger.

A Git It Girl could
be anybody used in any context. As long as you're getting something out of life you're a Git It Girl. The guys have had way
more than their share of anthems, so I decided to do something for us (meaning the ladies). If you're a college student getting
an education you're a Git It Girl. If you're an independent mother raising and making a way for your children on your own,
you're a Git It Girl. If you're a stripper, gold digger, hustler, getting over on dudes you're a Git It Girl. |
